I just fell asleep watching my recording of the Daily Show from yesterday. Matt's already in bed. It has been a long week, but, then again, every week feels long.
Today I got both kids to school, went for a run, helped at Scott's school with Math Explorations, shopped at Target (for birthday presents as the November onslaught has already begun), and made shrimp scampi for dinner (first time, it was good and I winged it, too).
My books already arrived on anxiety and OCD and I can't wait to start reading them.
The dog has a rash, there are wet leaves all over our yard and driveway, Matt wants to start painting our family room red tomorrow, Scott picked at his thumb so much today that it is raw, Jane received her first report card for the year (they love her).
That's all for tonight.
You're doing great! I'm sure this is hard but I just love having so much to read here.

Same sorts of things here, just different cast of characters! Oh, and you forgot the election!! You picked a new president.
